Hospitality ranking
The ranking for hotel projects are defined based on the perceived quality of the interior designs and their finishes. Some high-quality establishments offer services without necessarily wishing to be associated with a star rating.
We therefore refer to “ranking” because FIGURZ covers projects with a level of service equivalent to 1- to 5-star-plus ratings under the Atout France classification.

The ranking for residential projects are defined based on the perceived quality of the interior design and their finishes.
The brand examples highlighted are provided for illustrative purposes, to indicate the level of quality that will be perceived for each standard. The ranking also incorporate the minimum requirements set by Atout France classification for tourist residences.

Brand positioning combines objectivity and subjectivity, but never reflects a ranking .
The final ranking is determined throughout the project, and a hotel can be estimated between 4 and 5 stars.
A 4* hotel can be adjusted to 3.5* due to budget constraints or increased to 4.5* due to design ambitions.
