The Advanced service offers a detailed analysis of the project’s plans, program and brief (room mix, specs, floor plans…) to precisely define FF&E/OS&E needs.
Leveraging the team’s 20 years of combined experience, Figurz delivers a fast, structured financial and organisational study by area and project phase, ensuring the project is on the right financial, technical, and organisational track.
At the end of this process, a comprehensive report is shared so that, when the FF&E/OS&E project manager is hired, they can step in under clear, stable, and favourable conditions.
PROJECT HYPOTHESIS
Throughtout a 45 minutes visio call the client and FIGURZ clarify the program (room mix, F&B seating repartition, services proposition…) and the operationnal organisation (on/off site linen treatment, staff uniforms specifications).
Following to the call floors plans and room plans, if available, are forwarded together with all writtent documents so FIGURZ can proceed with the analysis before sending the report after 48h/one week.
This immersion phase allows to better understand project’s specificity and program to adapt the budget, schedule, resposibility matrix and techcnial/operationnal recommendations.
BUDGET PER SPACE
At the start of a project, many professionals have already found themselves in the uncomfortable position of not knowing whether they could actually afford what had been designed.
During the course of the project, they also had to reconsider specifications that had already been approved due to budget constraints.
FIGURZ aims to provide greater visibility. Just as a cost consultant would estimate construction costs per package, we assess the budget per area and package within a couple of days, based in the project hypothesis and documents collected.
Based on the elements shared with FIGURZ, we provide you with a detailled and bespoke responsibility matrix distribution of roles, including coordination and synthesis, aligned with your challenges and your organizational structure.
PLANNING
The report clarifies, phase by phase, the actions to be carried out before the future FF&E / OS&E project manager is onboarded. It ensures that the lead time for each phase is correctly anticipated in order to stay aligned with the objectives.
This detailed schedule allows you to adapt both the cash flow plan and the construction schedule. It also provides the team with sufficient time for specific phases such as studies and order placements.
The schedule also focuses on the installation phase per floor to ensure smooth coordination with the general contractor.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Very few studies and recommendations dedicated to interior design are conducted from the earliest design stages.
Priority is usually given to construction work, particularly structural work.
Yet interior fixtures, furnitures and equipments typically represent between 10% and 20% of the total project budget. As a result, they are often reviewed only after construction has been validated, without anticipating construction interfaces or coordination requirements.

CONSULTANCY
FIGURZ provides hourly consultancy. It can consist in documentation online analysis, specific project phase strategy assistance or general consultancy.
VISIT
FIGURZ provides sites visites for a renovation or restructuration project. The purpose is to assess whether which equipment may be keept or if everything needs to be replaced.
